C’est vraiment compl\u00e8tement fou : c’est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le dimanche du d\u00e9part ! Et je ne veux pas vous ennuyer avec des histoires de nettoyage d’Yvette. Mais j’aimerais vous pr\u00e9senter encore deux studios – avant que mon temps ici ne se termine dimanche prochain (folie : ma derni\u00e8re semaine !) …<\/p>\n

Voil\u00e0, le 1 et le 4<\/h2>\n

Je les mets ensemble parce qu’ils se ressemblent beaucoup : en termes de taille, de r\u00e9partition et d’ameublement. Ils sont donc directement superpos\u00e9s : le 1 au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, le 4 au premier \u00e9tage.<\/p>\n

Leur \u00e9l\u00e9ment d’am\u00e9nagement central est un bijou \u00e0 l’effet \u00ab\u00a0wow\u00a0\u00bb. En effet, le canap\u00e9 confortable se transforme en un lit double en un clin d’\u0153il. Les deux \u00ab\u00a0Murphy Beds\u00a0\u00bb (c’est ainsi que l’on appelle ces constructions pliantes discr\u00e8tes) donnent leur visage aux pi\u00e8ces \u00e9l\u00e9gantes avec leurs grandes fen\u00eatres donnant sur la rue.<\/p>\n

Les deux studios sont bien entendu \u00e9quip\u00e9s d’une kitchenette. Et m\u00eame si la cuisine, le salon et la chambre \u00e0 coucher se trouvent dans une seule pi\u00e8ce, les deux appartements semblent vraiment spacieux et offrent \u00e9galement un bon espace de rangement avec leurs placards muraux.<\/p>\n

Les salles de bain en carrelage blanc ne sont certes pas des miracles de place, mais elles sont fonctionnelles, belles et bien s\u00fbr surtout propres :-).<\/p>\n

Mais elles ne sont pas tout \u00e0 fait identiques, la 1 et la 4 ! En effet, tandis que la 1 se distingue par une petite table \u00e0 manger en bois, la 4 mise avant tout sur une cuisine spacieuse avec un comptoir – et le papier peint \u00e0 motifs le plus cool de la townhouse (\u00e0 mon avis). Malheureusement, ce n’est que demain que nous prendrons de nouvelles photos des changements les plus r\u00e9cents, comme le papier peint par exemple… Mais les photos de l’article montrent tout de m\u00eame bien les Murphy Beds, non ?<\/p>\n

Maintenant, je me r\u00e9jouis simplement d’une derni\u00e8re semaine avec les choses habituelles :<\/p>\n
